How do customers enter?
Customers enter the promotion by purchasing $40 or more of fuel (excluding LPG) and swiping a Mobil Smiles card to receive a promotional voucher printed with a single entry unique code to enter online at promotions.mobil.co.nz
. If a customer swipes a registered Mobil Smiles card with their qualifying purchase, they will receive instant double entry in the draw, they will also receive instant entry in the bonus weekly prize draw. No unique code to enter required.
If a customer does not have a mobile phone, can they enter the draw any other way?
At participating Mobil Smiles sites, the customer can receive automatic entry into the draw by swiping a registered Mobil Smiles card with each qualifying transaction OR they will need to call the Mobil Customer Care Team on 0800 880 361.
Can a customer enter if they pay for their purchase using Mobilcard or Fleetcard?
Under Mobil Smiles terms and conditions, the prize draw is open to personal customers only. Mobilcard holders, Fleetcard holders, joint cardholders and LPG purchases are excluded.
When will the winners be drawn?
Daily prizes will be drawn weekly from the corresponding day's entries and notified by phone on the following Thursday, beginning 7 June 2018. The bonus weekly prize draw winner will be drawn on the same dates. The final daily/weekly prize draw will take place on Thursday 12 July 2018.
How are the winners notified?
The winners will be notified using the phone number they used to enter the promotion/ have registered against their Mobil Smiles card.
What are the prizes?
42x daily prizes of $2,000 worth of Mobil Smiles points, awarded as 100,000 Mobil Smiles points, loaded onto the given winner's Mobil Smiles card. 6x weekly bonus prizes of $1,000 worth of Mobil Smiles points, awarded as 50,000 Mobil Smiles points, loaded onto the given winner's registered Mobil Smiles card.
Do customers need their promotional voucher printed with unique code to claim the prize if they are drawn as the winner?
If a customer entered via unique code, the customer must retain the promotional voucher to claim their prize and supply a copy of their Mobil Smiles card for verification of the card number to have points loaded on to. Customers who have entered via instant registered Mobil Smiles card entry must provide a copy of their registered Mobil Smiles card as proof of purchase and verification of the Mobil Smiles card number to have points loaded on to.
Can Mobil employees enter the promotion?
No. Employees of Mobil and employees of Mobil Agents and Dealers, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of Mobil, its related bodies corporate, participating stores, prize suppliers and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
