If you have registered a card already, you can add two more unregistered cards to your account by going to 'Manage account' and selecting 'Add new Mobil Smiles card'. Enter the last 12 digits of your card number and hit 'Add' and this will be set up automatically. You can have a total of three Mobil Smiles cards associated to your account and will be able to use all three to earn and redeem Smiles points.
You can do this by going to 'Merge cards' in the Menu bar. You'll need to enter the last 12 digits of your existing Mobil Smiles card (we recommend choosing the card you use the most) and then enter the last 12 digits of the second registered Mobil Smiles card you want to merge.
